It is Fall and Eddie is a little guy. I wanted to give him the freedom of a Pacific Ocean. And I wanted to give the Pacific Ocean the confinement of the chain link fence. I used Photoshop curves, masks and layers to create the picture frame and mat. I created this image for my own pleasure.
