On a foggy still Sunday morning a match was all that was needed to start this controlled burn of one of the 37 cedar piles.
The circumference of the cedar pile was 135 feet.
The pile was at least 12 feet tall.
The water hose and fire shovel were at the ready.
There is a Burn Ban most days of the year because of the dry windy conditions that will spread a wild fire out of control.
